David Jimenez

I started riding bikes when I was 7 years old, when I found a bike on the side of the road. I picked it up, brought it home and got it running again; the rest is history. I progressed through BMX well into my teens doing most of my riding in the San Fernando valley. I got my first road bike in 2008 started going to the Midnight riddaz bike ride and my progression went from there. One day my good friend Hector introduce me to Jonathan Fisch. We climbed up Mount Wilson. I brought the wrong bike, my time trial bike, not knowing we were doing climbing. I still managed to get up the mountain with a standard setup and my easy gear was 21t. Jonathan was impressed and introducing made me a team member in 2012. After being off the bike for several months due to an injury, I'm looking forward to getting back on track and putting in some work very soon. The best I've gotten from cycling which I've had the pleasure of are many experiences. I've always had the privilege to meet great and highly motivated people through this amazing sport and how far it can take you as well.
